Corruption is the enemy of justice!

A man who came to power with money

                                   seeks to profit from it.

   Aristotle.

Despite the serious fight against corruption in our country in recent years, corruption still does not take its destructive hands from the system of public administration, especially the education system. Corruption is a destructive force, as a result of it the national economy is in decline, social inequality deepens, the most negative side is the loss of public confidence in government, organized crime, spirituality in society. The list of adverse events resulting from corruption can be continued. Because of the destructive nature of corruption, human society has been fighting it since ancient times.

According to Transparency International, a non-governmental organization that fights corruption and studies the level of corruption around the world, in 2018 Uzbekistan ranked 158th out of 180 countries.

So why are we in the last place in the ranking of corruption, even with such harsh measures. At the heart of the matter is the fact that today Uzbekistan, like a number of other countries, is struggling to heal the wounds caused by corruption, that is, by imposing severe anti-corruption sanctions. And the bacteria that cause it are still on the rise, and we still can't get rid of the scourge of corruption. In solving the problem, it is necessary to deal not with its consequences, but with the factors that cause it. Let's look at the following main causes of corruption:

         1. Institutional reasons. The main factor is the weakness of the education system. For example, inefficiency in training, accounting and control, ease of hiring and firing officials, and lack of confidence in their ability to hold office for long periods of time are factors that encourage corruption.

         2. Individual reasons. Ignorance means not getting a good education. Low wage factor.

As long as the legal awareness and culture of the population about corruption does not rise, we will continue to fight the consequences of corruption.

Corruption is a kind of gravitational force. If this ideology, which has an empty ideology of corruption in the minds of the population, continues to circulate, for example, in the maternity hospital, in the school or kindergarten on holidays, our children's teachers will not look after our children without gifts, people who imposed more fines offer bribes "at least write that you are not wearing a seat belt with less fines", not to mention the fact that in universities, the end of the six-month (semester) will certainly appear a mediator between students and teachers that is, ugly ideas that if «I don't give, someone else will give or take».

In conclusion, as long as our ultimate goal is to build a democratic state governed by the rule of law and a civil society, all healthy forces must fight against this evil in a sharp and united manner.

If we do not get rid of this evil these days, which is stuck like a «leech», not tomorrow, it will be "inherited" from us to our children and future generations, and will show its destructive power over and over again.
