Presidential decisions are in life and in control. (Prezident qarorolari -hayotda va nazoratda)

It is necessary to ensure the timely and effective implementation of the adopted documents so that everyone can feel the effects of public administration reforms in their lives. To this end, in the current address of the head of state to the Oliy Majlis on the results of 2020, great confidence was once again expressed in the Ministry of Justice, its territorial departments and divisions.

Over the past 4 years, 150 laws, about 2,000 decrees and resolutions have been adopted to implement large-scale changes in all areas. However, we cannot say that all local leaders understand the essence of these documents, use the opportunities provided, create the necessary conditions for the population and entrepreneurs, said the head of state.

To tell the truth, it is currently difficult to be aware of all of these sectoral normative legal acts in a timely manner, but not only managers, but also employees of every state body and organization should be aware of universally binding laws.

Take, for example, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities". The purpose of this Law is to regulate relations in the field of appeals of individuals and legal entities to state bodies and public institutions, as well as their officials.

In other words, this law not only serves as a "bridge" between citizens and government agencies, but also self-government bodies, and defines the issues of responsibility.

Additional examination and (or) verification of appeals in accordance with this Law, regardless of their form and type, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application or complaint to the state body, organization or their official, which must resolve the issue. , if additional documents are required, they can be considered for up to one month. As far as liability is concerned, a violation of this law can lead to criminal liability if it is committed repeatedly within the first administrative year.

According to the petition, now the main task of the Ministry of Justice, its territorial departments and divisions will be to deliver, explain, facilitate and monitor the implementation of the adopted documents in practice. In addition, public participation and control over the organization of the implementation of the adopted documents will be expanded. In particular, the system of "public hearings" and "public monitoring" will be introduced. Civil society institutions, the media and citizens are also actively involved in this process.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice will organize a program on all media, including television, entitled "Presidential decisions are in life and in control," and introduce a system of communicating the essence and results of reforms to our people.
